On April 26th, Raja Kosuri (the owner of EcomNets, with a Danville office in the Airside Industrial Park) and five other people were indicted by a Federal Grand Jury. There were a total of 21 charges and a Forfeiture Notice as well. SouthsideCentral is publishing the full indictment so that you can read all about the allegations, and then we’ll discuss these federal charges in an upcoming article.
Here’s the 27-page federal indictment. There’s a lot here, but it’s worth the reading.
We’re working on analyzing this indictment and should have a BreakDown article out soon. That’s coming up here… only at SouthsideCentral!
Thanks for posting. Tonight’s reading material. Several questions:1) Does Ecomnets now officially join the alumni of the JobsBust? 2) Will the Danville Economic Development office finally quit touting a loser in their various PR messages? 3) Can we be confident that the City of Danville will not file another grant request to the Tobacco Commission? 4) Finally, has Philip Wright’s employment ended? (No Reply Needed but just had to ask.)
Bruce – I read thru it but I need it summarized into plain English in as few words as possible. Exactly what were they doing regarding the fake Visas? I mean how were they making their money? I don’t understand. Someone help!
I’m working on that BreakDown article.
