An ordinance amending Chapter 26, Flood Prevention and Protection, of the Code of Halifax County, Virginia, by deleting the current text of Chapter 26 and replacing it with the text of this ordinance, by establishing floodplain districts, by requiring issuance of permits for development, by providing factors and conditions for variances to the terms of the ordinances, and providing when this ordinance shall take effect.
