I say they need to do to her what she did to this innocent child. See how she likes it. Hope she is put into a cell with someone that don’t like child abusers.
Here’s the problem. The courts are overrun with liberal lawyers and judges. A sentence of 2 to 10 years means she’ll probably get 2 years with all or most time suspended.
Nothing in the article mentions what the boyfriend was charged with or whether he got any time. I don’t guess it matters, since criminals have “get out of jail” free cards under our current system. I don’t even see in the article if she still has custody of the child. If you question my judgment on sentencing, read the paper. “Man sentenced to 115 years” ends up with 5 active with the rest suspended. Multiple time offenders are still walking with suspended sentences for 3rd and 4th probation violations. No wonder the world is going to hell.
I guess to get the full story if our good friend here at Southside Central had the time, we would have “the rest of the story” as the late Paul Harvey use to say!!
