Make your way to the Halifax County Courthouse on Wednesday at 3:00 PM. New Circuit Court Judge Joel Cunningham will take the oath of office for the 10th Circuit.
Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Halifax, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg and Prince Edward Counties make up the 10th Circuit.
