Bill Watson to get Halifax County judgeship

Bill Watson will be taking over the judge’s robes in Halifax County’s General District Court very soon. Watson is a noted defense lawyer in Halifax County and currently practices out of the Watson & Morrison law firm on Main St. in Halifax.

    great guy, excellent trial lawyer, he won a $50,000 case friday 31 July.

    Great guy? Are you freaking kidding me? He’s a jerk to HIS OWN CLIENTS. He’s likely the biggest asshole in Halifax right now, and that’s no small feat.

    Get ready for tax increases. We’ll have to have them to pay for new jails to hold all they people.

    does the General District Court judge put alot of people in jail? i thought that was the purview of the Circuit Court Judge. ask the new Circuit Court Judge Joel Cunningham.

    well, look at it this way, his clients will have to look for another lawyer now.
