“Hello. I’m nuts. Goodbye.” “Hello. I’m nuts. Goodbye.” Keep repeating until you think Tom Perriello cares.
HalifaxTalk: Have you called Perriello today?
“userfriendly” calls Tom Perriello everyday! Isn’t that special? They get to chat about what’s going on in the world. I’ll bet they even talk about how all government is bad and how the IDA and Riverstone should bulldozed! Personal time with Tom. That’s so nice.
Hang on… I’m being handed a late breaking news bulletin.
We interrupt this Tea-Time Talk To Tom to report that userfriendly never has spoken to Tom. I know that’s hard to believe but Perriello never has returned one of the messages. If I didn’t know better, I’d think that Perriello and his staff has figured out that his messages should go into that special file cabinet.
The round one with a plastic liner.
Userfriendly is a piece of work. Obviously he’s well educated, and his opinions hold some merit occasionally, but DAMN he’s a wacko.
while i don’t expect to have a Congressman who chats with me on the phone, i certainly do expect my Congressman to listen to his district.
After all the protest against Obamacare & Congress that Perriello has heard this summer, his website still talks about how positive “reform” can be & cites different aspects of the bill.
this guy should be voted out because he’s tone deaf to his constituents.
Kelley, How do you know he isn’t hearing from constituents in support of health care reform as well? Just because those people aren’t screaming and yelling doesn’t mean they aren’t making their voices heard.
so dissa, those in support of obamacare are sending Perriello letters? or calling his office?
maybe. i guess they are doing whatever ACORN & SEIU tell them to do. or trial lawyers. or illegal aliens.
read the bill. you will frightened at the power granted to the Feds to sift thru your health records & make decisions about your care.
I have wondered if UF and Robert Meeks are acquainted. Closely acquainted.
Kelley,
How convenient for you to assume that just because someone disagrees with you that they must be under the influence of some perceived evil organization.
Yes, there are people supporting health care reform, and yes, they have read the bill.
Those types of assumptions are exactly what is keeping our country from having a civilized debate about health care.
