Ward Armstrong (D) is the incumbent House Minority Leader and that makes him a partisan hack by default. Partisan Yuck.
Ed Creed (R) moved into the district to run against Armstrong. Carpetbagging Yuck.
Armstrong has some of the last vestiges of legislative power that the Southside region still holds on to but his partisan whining has always turned us off. Creed seems like a decent guy and would probably make a good Delegate, but his carpetbagging move is an automatic disqualification for an endorsement. If Creeed fails to win in this election, it will be interesting to see if he moves right back out of the 10th District.
