Kelly Ballance knows her way around a grocery store. She takes her time to make sure that she buys the best foods for her family and she’s started What Are My Kids Eating?, a great blog about her adventures in making sure that her children are eating the things that are best for them.
What Are My Kids Eating? isn’t just for children’s nutrition though. She’s got tips and suggestions for everybody (and she tipped me off on the Orville Redenbacher’s Natural Popcorn…yum!). Make sure you read Kelly’s blog regularly. I promise you’ll learn something and eat well!
I’m on my way to look at Kelly’s blog. But before I go, I have to mention Marion Nestle’s book What to Eat. I read it a couple years ago when it started feeling like the grocery store was turning into a minefield. It was extremely helpful.
