Shooting at Reidsville motel

We’ve got some photos from the motel that were taken a few months before, so you can see what it looks like.

From our friends at Star News – WGSR 47.1 :

Thanks to one of our eagle-eyed Star News viewers, we were the first news source to bring you the story that someone had been shot at a Reidsville, NC, area motel on Thursday night, March 11.

We now know that one man was shot – identified as 28-year-old Dyson Anderson – and he’s currently in critical condition at an area hospital.

It all started on Thursday night at 6:28 – that’s when the Reidsville Police Department received a shots-fired call from the Colonial Inn and Suites on Barnes Street at the US 29 Bypass. Captain Ken Hanks tells Star News that when the first unit arrived on the scene, he found Dyson Anderson sitting in a vehicle in the back parking lot of the motel with gunshot wounds. Rockingham County’s EMS arrived on the scene and transported Dyson Anderson to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Captain Hanks says the Reidsville Police need to find two black males spotted running from the vehicle immediately after the shooting. Anyone with information on this case can contact the Reidsville Police Department or Rockingham County Crime Stoppers.

Here are some photos of the Colonial Inn & Suites…
