If the guy hadn’t died from his burns, I’m sure he’d be arrested by now. Sheesh.

I’ve got so many ways that this story is sad that I have no idea which road to take…

• The police are just “doing their job”, but getting a dying declaration in this manner?
• Explosive compounds and chemicals occasionally explode.
• Why in the hell would somebody do a potentially explosive process inside a house?
• Can there be a stupider term than “green leafy material”?
• I’ll answer that one now… Yes. “Glass smoking devices” beats “green leafy material”.
• What a waste of human life over something so stupid.

Sad. Simply sad.
