It’s the weekend and not much is going on news-wise. That means we’re taking a trip into my mind! Again. Whee.
Let’s bring on that Big Board.
- Motorcycle riders are cool people. They’re lots of fun to be around. I like looking at their motorcycles. I like riding motorcycles. So, quit bringing your motorcycles to Danville’s Sheetz and filling up the parking lot and hanging out around the front door making it almost impossible to get in and actually buy something from the store. GAH!
- I could spend a week in Edward McKay Used Books in Greensboro.
- Speaking of Greensboro… am I the only one who still looks for Carolina Circle Mall as you get into the city? Am I the only one who misses that 80’s look that the place had?
- One mall thought leads to another. It’s quite bizarre when half of Martinsville’s Liberty Fair Mall is being demolished while you walk through the other half.
- OK, one final mall thought. Why does Danville have two GameStop stores located within 1/2 mile of each other? One’s in the shopping center across from Walmart and the other’s in the mall. That makes no sense to me.
- Joe Bailey is telling people he’s going to run for Halifax County School Board again. That’s going to be SouthsideCentral Gold, baby. Hey, Bryant Claiborne!
- Yes, we can track where SouthsideCentral readers are coming from (in a general way) just like any other website. We’re now very popular in the Danville Public School system. I wonder why? Hee Hee.
