Finance Director Mike Adkins talks about budget changes for administrative purposes.
Jerry Gwaltney from the Institute talks about the Capstone project for the Hawkins building. This is a partnership with DCC to put milling and machinery equipment in the building.
Capstone is based on what regional businesses need for training purposes. Equipment will be replaced every 18 months to make sure that the newest equipment is being used for training.
