Our final destination for the trip was the Craddock Terry Hotel. Let’s take a photo tour of it…
Here we go!

The hotel is built in the former Craddock Terry shoe factory.

This is the lobby. Wow, huh?

This isn’t a suite. It’s a regular guest room.

Note the shoe theme in the artwork. Also note Neal Morris.

The amazingly beautiful corridor

The entry room of the hotel’s 2-room suites.

The bedroom of their suites.

The hot tub and shower in the suite’s bathroom.

Sinks and counter space for two in the suites.
The average room rate is $130 for the Craddock Terry, and there is a high-end restaurant (Shoemaker’s) and a casual dining wood-fired pizza restaurant on the bottom floor.
Will something like this 40-room boutique hotel be coming to Danville?
More coming up on SouthsideCentral!
Ok- just have to ask- what is in the box on the bed?
If you fill out the card and leave the box outside your room, they’ll fill it with your choice of a continental breakfast in the morning.
Looks like a nice place, but the giant stiletto near the front desk is disturbing.
