Let’s finish up our PhotoCentral tour inside the new CAPSTONE project at the Institute for Advanced Learning & Research. There are millions of dollars that’s been put into this project and it will produce a workforce with the skills that industries want.

We’ll start where we left off…
The machines are still being uncrated and put together.
This will be the area used for the “production meetings”. The machinery is being set up in the same way like it was an actual production line in a factory.
This is another high-tech fabrication machine that students will learn to use.
The Institute tore out walls of smaller rooms to make the very large CAPSTONE area.
This previously unused area of the Hawkins building will be retrofitted so that industries and manufacturers can have their own corporate training area.

If you’re thinking “Blah Bah Blah more money wasted” about the CAPSTONE project, you’re totally wrong. This kind of training will be unique to the east coast and will be a giant drawing card for industries looking to expand. This is big, folks. Real big.
