We’ve got no idea where this photo came from, but it’s legitimate. Let’s take a look at Norhurst’s corporate headquarters.
Well. All righty then. Good parking spots are still available.
Whoever sent this in anonymously said that there was a pickup truck and an RV parked along the side of the building.
No wonder they keep the gate locked.
Wow! They are extremely busy! It looks very inviting and we are lucky to have them I am sure. Well, maybe not “lucky” but they bringing jobs. Well, maybe sometime?
Are they leading or following US Green Energy? I admire the environmentalism both are displaying by minimizing the greenhouse gas emissions of people on the way to work at their buildings.
Do all employees come in RV and Pickup truck to avoid parking issues 🙂
How about an update as we approach the 3 year anniversary of the original agreement on August 23, 2012?
Norhurst did well as they got the building for free plus they got some spending money. TC required them to pay back $312,500 and assumed that 2.2 M was spent on the building. City of Danville and TC have no idea on where to invest and do no due diligence before awarding these grants. Norhurst scammed them both. Its a shame that Norhurst and Norton would lie about creating “jobs”.
