Festival in the Park is very handicap-accessible and they have plenty of bathrooms available. I just noticed the shoe in the middle of the road. Say, That’s Odd.
The kid in the middle said she won the race. The photo finish says otherwise.
This year’s design plan uses a lot of grassy areas.
