- Zap! WSET reporter Matt Ray is gone and has been completely wiped off the station’s website. Um… Merry Christmas?
- Speaking about TV news coverage for the Danville area, Duke Carter was in the Danville area for a few months with WSLS. He got moved to the New River Valley coverage area and that was the end of the WSLS presence in Danville. They sent a reporter to the Flagmageddon Danville City Council meeting and she looked horribly lost and I’ve never seen her back since then.
- Alice Woodson’s “Ambrosi Biscotti” is delicious. Find some, buy some and eat it all.
- Christmas week is supposed to be a slow news week. Thanks, Jeremy Stratton!
- I’ll get the review of Danville’s Heartline Diner up in the next few days, but I’ll tell you now that you’ve got to eat there. The food and the service are great.

- How many of you go over the NC state line to the North Carolina ABC store in Pelham?
- Since we’re talking about going over the NC state line, does anybody else go to Eden to eat at Popeye’s? Yum!
- There’s a lot of talented musicians in the Danville area and they do a lot of live performances. It would be nice if they would team up and make some kind of website that tells people when and where they’re doing a show.
- Have you ever been to the Caswell County History Museum?
