Our walk through Danville’s Ballou Park continues. In this article, we continue down the arts and crafts section of the Festival in the Park.
Here’s the links to the other articles in this series: Part #1 – Part #2 – Part #3 – Part #4 – Part #5 – Part #6 – Part #7 – Part #8 – Part #9 – Part #10 – Part #11 – Part #12 – Part #13 – Part #14 – Part #15
Let’s see where our journey leads us…

Shields, swords and cornhole boards.

Brenda McClanahan is a local crafter. She had a large setup at the festival.

McClanahan makes some beautiful wreaths.

And her prices are very reasonable.

Moving along, another vendor has more probably non-officially licensed cornhole boards for sale.

These metalcrafted lawn decorations were very fancy.

This vendor sold more homemade jewelry.

The displays were very nice at this jewelry booth.

The sunlight really made these stained glass creations light up beautifully.
We’ve got lots of beautiful and vibrant colors coming up in our next article in this series. That’s coming up soon… only here on SouthsideCentral!
I believe you need your own face book page for the Festival in the Park photo’s. lol
It’s been interesting analyzing the traffic from these articles. These articles are getting an amazing number of pageviews from our Star-Tribune & Caswell Messenger readers, so that’s why the series has continued for so long.
It’s the old “give the people what they want” thing. It’s whatever works.
