Oh my. Just like our last City Council Parking Jerk of the Day, we’ve got a unmarked spot violation. If he’d been riding his motorcycle or had parked at his former pawn shop business, we wouldn’t have had this problem. HAHAHAHAHA!
The judges are unanimous, yet again. And they’re also laughing like hell. We’ve got ourselves a Parking Jerk of the Day! Again!
