We’ve done lots of PhotoCentral articles about last week’s River District Festival, and we’re going to keep that trend going as we transition to Friday night’s events. The spotlight was on Danville’s Main St. (and that could be taken literally). The annual “Glow With The Flow” 5K run/walk was the highlight of the night with a before & after party in the middle of the street. Let’s get going of our PhotoCentral journey. I’ll give you the synopsis of this LeonardWatch article here in the opening… “Leonard Harville has greatly exaggerated a relatively minor incident and made things up that didn’t happen. Yet again, his ‘reporting’ is full of crap.” At Tuesday night’s Danville City Council work session, police chief Philip Broadfoot made an excellent presentation on Danville’s 2014 crime statistics and police deterrence tactics. We’re going to take a comprehensive look at the numbers and what he said. Let’s get into the first part of a BreakDown. In this article, we’re going to take a preview of festival events that are going to happen from Thursday through Saturday. There’s lots of things that happen at a Reidsville Cruise-In that don’t involve classic cars.
