Let’s remedy that situation quickly. A governmental body refuses to ban something that’s already banned. Stop me if you’ve heard this one before. The 2009 Danville City Council election is in the books. I’m smelling a “random thoughts” type of article… That’s the ethical question I’m asking myself and there’s no easy answer. Now it looks like Danville’s in the market for one. Ridiculous. This event fell completely off my radar and I’m glad I was reminded about it.
