We’re making our way to the end of the food section at Danville’s Festival in the Park and then we’ll head behind the scenes where you can look at some of the public safety efforts that kept everybody safe. Let’s roll! After answering some Ask SouthsideCentral questions, let’s leap back to Danville’s Ballou Park. We’re continuing our PhotoCentral series from last weekend’s Festival in the Park. In the last article, we were making our way through the food section. We’ll continue that and start down the main street of the festival. Let’s get going! Earlier, we published the 27-page federal indictment against the owner of EcomNets and other of his business associates. Now let’s take a comprehensive look at what it means. We call this a BreakDown. On April 26th, Raja Kosuri (the owner of EcomNets, with a Danville office in the Airside Industrial Park) and five other people were indicted by a Federal Grand Jury. There were a total of 21 charges and a Forfeiture Notice as well. SouthsideCentral is publishing the full indictment so that you can read all about the allegations, and then we’ll discuss these federal charges in an upcoming article. We’re continuing to play with the numbers from last Tuesday’s Danville City Council elections. In this NumbersCentral article, we’re going to take a look at the “undervoting” issue and how it played out in all of Danville’s precincts.
